The purpose of this Contract is performance of the following Work : procurement and construction of bridge and intersection to connect the highway with the the industrial and community areas at King Fahd road at Madinat Yanbu Al-Sinaiyah.

The work includes furnishing the materials, equipment, labor and all other requirements necessary for work performance, completion, maintenance and warranty of the work.Contractor shall also perform temporary, additional and complementary work and changes required by Royal Commission, in accordance with the terms and conditions and documents of this Contract.
