The purpose of this Contract is performance of Procurement and Construction of bridge and intersection at (MYAS), the work includes furnishing the materials, equipment, labor and all other requirements necessary for work performance, completion, maintenance and warranty of the work.Contractor shall also perform temporary, additional and complementary work and chamges required by Royal Commission, in accordance with the terms and conditions and documents of this Contract.
