The work of this contract includes the procurement and construction for the site development of investor's opportunities and public facilities located in Phase-2 of waterfront development in accordance with the contract drawings and documents. Total site area is approx. 100 hectares. The project is located in Madinat Yanbu Al-Sinaiyah.
