The  work to be performed under this Contract consists of providing engineering services and executing Tasks including but not be limited to the engineering and scoping studies, conceptual designs, detailed designs, bid package/Request For Proposal (RFP) documents, engineering/bid/award/on-site construction support, and other support services as required by the Royal Commission (RC) for various projects related to infrastructure development. The Contractor shall prepare studies, design, and bid packages, as required, of a highest quality, in compliance with recognized professional standards, assigning personnel who are experienced, knowledgeable, and specialized in their respective technical fields, utilizing stateof-the-art computer software applications.
