The scope of work of this project consists of development of Dareen East Beach (1) in the Community Area with an area of 58.2 hectares. The work includes demolition, earthwork, landscaping both hard and soft, roadway, pedestrian paths, parking, vehicular and pedestrian bridges and piers, storm drainage, sanitary wastewater system, potable and fire water distribution, wastewater (TSE) on site storage and irrigation system, electrical power distribution, street and landscape lighting system, telecommunication and IPTV/CATV network.

1.  Possess a valid Classification Certificate in the field of “Roads”. The Certificate must be of applicable financial grade based on the proposal value.

2.  Possess a valid Commercial Registration.                     

3.  Possess a valid Zakat Certificate.

4.  Possess a valid Chamber of Commerce Certificate.     

5.   Possess a valid Clearance Certificate from GOSI.

6.   Possess a valid Certificate of achievement of Saudization percentage from Ministry of Labor.

The Request for Proposal (RFP) documents will be available for purchase from the Royal Commission Building, Jubail by submitting the following:

1.   A declaration signed by a duly authorized representative of the Company/Establishment certifying that the Company/Establishment possesses the required official documents mentioned above and authorizing the declaration bearer to pay documents value and collect the RFP documents.

2.     A certified non-refundable check from a Saudi Arabian Bank in the amount of SR24000.00 drawn in favor of “Royal Commission in Jubail”.

Companies and Establishments interested in purchasing Bid Documents and meeting the minimum of the above-mentioned requirements may have access to Bid Documents at the offices of Supply Management Department in RC Building prior to purchasing.
