1.  Possess a valid Classification Certificate in the field of “Industrial Works”. The Certificate must be of applicable financial grade based on the proposal value.

2.  Possess a valid Commercial Registration.                     

3.  Possess a valid Zakat Certificate.

4.  Possess a valid Chamber of Commerce Certificate.     

5.  Possess a valid Clearance Certificate from GOSI.

6. Possess a valid Certificate of achievement of Saudization percentage from Ministry of Labor.

The Request for Proposal (RFP) documents will be available for purchase from the Royal Commission Building, Jubail by submitting the following:

1.   A declaration signed by a duly authorized representative of the Company/Establishment certifying that the Company/Establishment possesses the required official documents mentioned above and authorizing the declaration bearer to pay documents value and collect the RFP documents.

2.      A certified non-refundable check from a Saudi Arabian Bank in the amount of SR33,500.00 drawn in favor of “Royal Commission in Jubail”.

Companies and Establishments interested in purchasing Bid Documents and meeting the minimum of the above-mentioned requirements may have access to Bid Documents at the offices of Supply Management Department in RC Building prior to purchasing.
