Royal Commission and the Ministry of Islamic Affairs Signed a Memorandum of Agreement

HE Dr. Mosleh bin Hamid Al-Otaibi, Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Royal Commission in Jubail, received at the building of Royal Commission in Jubail Thursday morning, Dr. Tawfiq Abdulaziz Al-Sudairy, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Islamic Affairs, Endowments, Call and Guidance  and his accompanying delegation.  

 

     Dr. Sudairy and his delegation have witnessed the documentary film which relates the humble beginning of Jubail Industrial City. Then General Manager of Public Services Department, Abdulaziz bin Abdullah Al-Musned, addressed a presentation from the Department of Social Services, concerning the public service sector which  hold the supervision and coordination with the Ministry of Islamic Affairs, with regards to mosques in Jubail Industrial City. He also underlined some issues pertaining on the content of the city of mosques whether existing or still under implementation.

     Dr. Sudairy expressed his admiration that Royal Commission has been continuously providing its citizens various religious activities which forms part of social development in Jubail Industrial City. He added that RC played an important role as model representing sophisticated system integrated in all areas, particularly in mosques affairs and religious sector.

 
     CEO Dr. Otaibi praised Dr. Sudairy’s significant collaboration between the Royal Commission for Jubail & the Ministry of Islamic Affair’s branch in the eastern region and the Department of Awqaf and Mosques, Call and Guidance in the Governorate of Al-Jubail, pointing out that the goal of this unification is to serve this country and its citizens which are considered prime assets of this nation. They then signed a memorandum of agreement between the Royal Commission and the Ministry of Islamic Affairs, which promotes further cooperation between the two parties.

     Afterwards, CEO toured the guest at the RC Visitors Center exhibition while informing them industrial development and current infrastructures going on in the city. Then followed a field trip on mosques in Jubail Industrial City, performed Almaghrib prayers in the mosque of Al-Farouk district, which opened recently and they  also visited a number of communities in the city as well as the Office of the Department of Awqaf and mosques, advocacy and counseling.
