Royal Commission in Jubail, under the auspices of Mr. Ahmed Mutair Al-Balawi, General Manager of Technical Affairs, in cooperation of the Project Management Department, launched on Saturday, July 10, 2010, at the Comprehensive Service Center, the First Online License Service, which provides residents of Jubail Industrial City an ease of acquiring prompt license as new building acquisition prerequisites in addition to their homes. The proposed license scheme could be acquired in less than 60 minutes, and RC shall readily provide samples of house supplements e.g. kitchen and external rooms with nominal fees not exceeding fifty riyals.
Mr. Al-Balawi further disclosed future plans of inaugurating equivalent programs and procedures affecting residents of Jubail Industrial City, adding that various services has been developed to provide more convenience to residents and customers. “Customers can choose ready-made building models which suit their taste, moreover, lessen their efforts going to some engineering offices and deal with financial losses regarding the designs to be implemented.
The inauguration was also attended by the Director General of Strategic Planning and Investment Development, Engr. Abdul Aziz bin Noorudeen Atarji, Director of Project Management, Saud Mohammed Al-Saddon and number of officials of Royal commission in Jubail.
