In implementation of the wise leadership directives for developing and facilitating the provision of all services to investors, the Royal Commission for Jubail and Yanbu has commenced building information systems able to cope with the rapid changes and advances in services from the traditional systems to electronic services in order to facilitate procedures and carry out the investors’ transactions efficiently and with high quality to bring such electronic services in conformity with RC’s Vision to be the best choice in providing excellent services to investors and cooperating with them towards the city growth and promotion of investment by providing investment attracting services in one-stop shop at the Tenant Relations Department and provide the same electronically at the highest level.
The Royal Commission in Jubail seeks to:
- Provide its online services for investors.
- Link investors' requests via one liaison point to facilitate coordination, follow-up and quick performance.
- Develop and improve internal procedures for conducting electronic transactions efficiently and effectively.
