The RCJY Health Services Program has received an award from the Council of Health Insurance in recognition of its successful electronic integration with the “NPHIES” medical platform, thus enhancing the quality and efficiency of healthcare services and accelerating the digital transformation within the health sector. Additionally, the RCJY Health Services Program was honoured by “Daitex” in collaboration with the British Embassy during the Global Health Forum held in Riyadh, acknowledged as one of the leading implementers of the Patient Safety System.

 

Furthermore, the Royal Commission earned an international award in recognition of the outstanding care, professional competence, and compassion demonstrated by the nursing team towards patients and their families in Yanbu Industrial City. The award was announced during the celebration of DAISY Nursing Day.

 

Moreover, the Royal Commission in Yanbu was awarded the Madinah Award for Distinguished Government Performance—Beneficiary Satisfaction Branch—after achieving a ground-breaking medical milestone at the national level: the implantation of an electronic bone conduction hearing device (OSIA) for a patient with complete hearing loss in the left ear, utilizing an advanced technique that has since become a global reference for this type of surgery.

"The Royal Commission for Jubail and Yanbu oversees a number of advanced medical facilities under the Health Services Program of the Royal Commission for Jubail and Yanbu, which includes a main hospital and a medical center."  The estimated number of emergency department visits reaches 100,000 annually.

  • The outpatient clinics serve approximately 531,000 beneficiaries per year.
  • The program includes 11 primary healthcare centers across the Royal Commission cities.
  • Around 4,500 same-day surgeries are performed annually, by the grace of God.
  • The total number of available hospital beds under the program is approximately 1,015 beds.
