Manpower Development Department of RCJ recently organized at Al-Fanateer Cultural Center (Future Careers) Symposium in cooperation with Qafilah Magazine (with the participation of many speakers from national entities and pioneer companies. The symposium aims to keep the community informed with the anticipated future changes, relating to Human Resources and offer the vision of some pioneer agencies about the future employment in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia . The symposium targets the Officials of Human Resources and University students.
The Executive Director of Human Resource at Neom Project Mr. Amin Bukhari talked about the future careers in Neom Project, while Eng. Haitham Al-Balawi the HR consultant at Saudi Aramco discussed the effect of the Fourth Industrial Revolution on the Future Careers. Meanwhile the Systems and Programs analyst in Management Strategy and Market Analysis in Saudi Aramco Ms. Suzanne Al-Omari focused on the role of the fourth Industrial revolution in formation of future professions . Mr. Saeed Qahtani Global Leader of Learning & Development at SABIC contributed working paper about the future possibilities and accelerated growth of organizations and leadership. Small and Medium Enterprises General Authority Deputy governor Eng. Sami Al Hossain submitted working paper entitled "the future business and work future". CEO of Yes 2 Digital Group Mogeraba Center for Researches Dr. Ammar Bakkar submitted a paper entitled "Vision of a strategy on dealing with the transformation of future jobs", while Dr. Kholoud Ashkar CEO of National Framework for qualifications at the Education and Training Evaluation Commission discussed the future skills : skills compatible with the employees’ needs.
The symposium ended with an open discussion conducted Mr. Mohammed Al-Osaimi between the speakers and attendees .
