H. E. the CEO of the Royal Commission in Jubail, Dr. Mosleh Al-Otaibi, received, on Sunday evening at the Sea Club in Jubail Industrial City, a 10 - member (male and female) delegation of the Shura Council during their visit to Jubail Industrial city, to be acquainted with the industrial and urban development in the City and its factors of success.
The CEO reviewed the main strategic and future plans for Jubail Industrial City and Ras Al Khair Industrial City and the attractive infrastructure for investors in the nationwide and abroad.
Mr. Mohammed Al Mutairi Head of the delegation , from his part, endorsed that " The Royal Commission is a praiseworthy a model of pride”. It is a wide-ranging development that is not focused on a particular part, where it incorporates residential, environmental, industrial, technical and educational aspects as well as the aesthetic aspects in the city.
Al-Mutairi added that , "the structure we witnessed and the reports and information we received during this visit confirm that the Royal Commission adopts and implements very precise environmental standards”. He also said the Council cares for the environment and, reviews the Royal Commission’s annual reports.
He pointed out that the Shura Council aims to review the achievements accomplished by the Royal Commission, as one of the important bodies in the Kingdom, which provides a positive look for the basic industries in Saudi Arabia, emphasizing that the Council is interested in all aspects of development for these industries and finding appropriate solutions for all their difficulties
The Council members toured the Visitors Center of the Royal Commission in Jubail, where they were briefed about the most important elements of success in Jubail Industrial City such as the importance of the location, the geographical area, the diversity of industries, the distinguished and excellent infrastructure and the distribution of neighborhoods in the city.
Eng. Ahmed Hassan the General Manager of Technical Affairs at RCJ presented a detailed explanation about the economic center of Jubail Industrial City, which entails a public sea front that lies on three sides and a commercial center.
Then, Eng. Adnan Al-Alouni, General Manager of Ras Al-Khair Industrial City Program in Jubail, delivered an explanation about Ras Al-Khair Industrial City and the future expansion plans which includes a number of Ma'aden factories such as Phosphate Plant, Aluminum Industries and downstream industries in this promising city.
