Manager of Medical Affairs of Health Services Program of the Royal Commission in Jubail Participates as a co-author in an international Book about Emergency Medicine

 Dr. Mohammad bin Hamad Al-Muqbel , manager of Medical Affairs Department and a consultant in children emergency medicine in the Health Services Program of the Royal Commission in Jubail, participated on an international book about Emergency Medicine.

Dr.Al-Muqbel wrote an entire chapter in version eight of the said book talking about Metabolic diseases and Hypoglycemia in children.A group of experts from the biggest hospitals and universities in the world participated in the composing the book. 

The book is considered as one of the most popular and world widespread book in the field of Emergency Medicine around the globe. It is the main reference for emergency training in all training programs in the world.   Eight versions were produced and it has been verified by the library of American college of Emergency Medicine. Copies were distributed for most of the medical libraries in the world.
 
Dr. Al-Muqbel received the American board in pediatric on 2000, the Canadian board in pediatric on 2001, the Arab and Saudi Board in Pediatrics "Emergency Medicine” on 1996, and Diploma in Child’s Health in Ireland.

 

He had worked for King Faisal Specialist Hospital in Riyadh from 2003 to 2013. He joined the Royal Commission hospital in Jubail as  Emergency Department Manager on 2014. Then, he progressed to the post of manager of Medical Affairs Department of the Health Services Program of the Royal Commission in Jubail.
