The Royal Commission in Jubail Signs 3 Investment Contracts to Build 1236 Housing Units and Two Industrial Projects in Ras-AL-Khair City Amounting to SR 1.2 Billion
His Highness the Chairman of the Royal Commission for Jubail and Yanbu, Prince Saud Bin Abdullah Bin Thanyyan Al-Saud, has  approved various industrial and housing projects  with a total value of more than (1.2) billion  Saudi Riyals.
Engineer/ Abdulaziz Bin N. Atarji, General Manager of Strategic Planning and Investment Development, has recently signed a number of industrial and housing projects  at the Visitors Centre Building of  the Royal Commission in Jubail.
The Royal Commission in Jubail concluded various housing projects by allocating three locations to construct housing compounds in Jubail for Rashed A. Al-Rashed & Sons Company (400 housing units, Index Saudi Investments Group) (416 housing units),  and Al Jazirah Development Contracting Company (420 housing units),  with a total area of  (407.058m2) and a capital of (1,154,194,265.00) Saudi Riyals.
These  compounds will meet the housing needs of these companies that are operating in the City. This will achieve employment stability for the to local and overseas experts and their families as well.
In addition, the Royal Commission in Jubail signed various industrial projects, namely the plant project of Hadi Ali Al-Yami for Petrochemicals, which is important to mineral industries, to produce ZINC OXIDE, and a project' with Riyadh Geotechnique and Foundations Company for materials & soil testing in Ras-Alkhair City.
It is noteworthy that such projects variety aimed to achieve the Royal Commission’s new strategy in downstream industries and focusing on projects needed by citizens and investment leadership’s stability in the City.
