Fibroidectomy for 17 fibroma from the womb of 40years old Saudi woman at the Royal Commission Hospital in Jubail
 
 
The medical team of the Royal Commission Hospital in Jubail thrived to fibrodectomy 17 fibroma a 40 years old womb, .
 
Dr. Abdulrahman Wael Al-Yahya head of gynecology and obstetrics department and the leader of the medical team at the  Hospital said: the lady consulted c the outpatient clinics because of secondary infertility, where she has a test tube baby 12 years.
Due to the  the presence of a barrier for normal pregnancy she checked with the hospital to try again this technique.  medical examination showed there  the presence of  fibroids in her womb sizing  between 11 cm to 5x5 cm encouraging her to fibrodectomy the fibroids before trying to conceive again through IVF technique. She was advised by  a hospital that her chance of pregnancy is 50% with this technique if she have fibroids so she has to   fibrodectomy  them first.
 
Dr. Al-Yahya explained that these fibroids had been removed by three holes in the wall of the womb to prevent bleeding by a successful surgery without a need to   blood transfusion during and  after the surgery.
 
He added: this was a successful surgery and the patient was discharged from the hospital in a good health.
