Jubail University College celebrated, in King Abdullah Cultural Center in Jubail Industrial City, the graduation of 242 female students from different departments of the college as follows: 69 graduates from the Business Administration Department, 52 from the Management Information Systems Department, 56 from the English Language Department, 16 from Computer Department, in addition to 49 graduates from Interior Design Department in the presence of the wife of the President of the Royal Commission for Jubail and Yanbu.
The ceremony began with the Royal anthem and recitation of verses from the Holy Quran, followed by the academic march led by the Dean of the female branch of the college Dr. Ghada Ahmed Al-Saleh, and the College Dean for Academic Affairs Dr. Dina Bint Noman Al-Sheikh, followed by the heads of academic departments, members of the educational, staff and female graduates.
After that a documentary film entitled (Today's Enablement, Tomorrow's Distinction) was played. The film highlighted the contributions of the Royal Commission, represented by Jubail University College, to the empowerment of Saudi women in line with the ambitious visions of the Kingdom's leadership.
Next, the graduates speech was presented by Student Al-Batol Al-Ezah on behalf of her colleagues and expressed their pride in the achievements and aspirations they have made to contribute to the prosperity of the homeland. She also expressed her thanks to all those who supported them during their studies.
Then, a presentation about the college history, achievements and departments was presented in an infographic entitled "The College in Numbers".
Following that, the Dean of the college Ghada Ahmed Al-Saleh said in her speech during the ceremony about the central role of the wise leadership in caring for the Saudi citizen to be a source of the development of the homeland, and she congratulated graduates and advised them to continue their efforts and aspirations towards remarkable achievement, and then she thanked and praised the mothers of the students.
After that, the results were announced and the certificates were handed over to the female students who received the honors grads and the rest of the graduates.
Kran Services Ltd. was honored with a commemorative shield for their continued support of the College, and the ceremony ended with a commemorative gift to the sponsor of the ceremony in recognition of its sponsorship and sharing the happiness with graduates.
It is worth mentioning that the ceremony included an exhibition of the works of the college students to celebrate their talents and artistic skills.
The exhibition included about 80 works of painting, design and plastic paintings, and showcased the work of various interior designs inlaid with elements of the Saudi heritage, in addition to the works of expressive and abstract art.
