Jubail Industrial College Trains Over 500 Trainees in Specialized Technical Fields for SABIC
​Jubail Industrial College  recently organized celebration a launching party for the first training and professional development program, as a part of the agreement with SABIC in the field of training and professional development with (SABIC), in the presence of Director General of Colleges and Institutes Dr. Ali Bin Hassan Asiri , V.P. for Local Content Development at SABIC Mr. Fuad Musa,  President ofUnited Eng. Abdullah Al-Shamrani, President of of Ibn Zahr Eng. Khalid Al-Olayani and a number of the College officials..
 
 Dr. Eid Bin Mohammed Al Hajri, Director of Jubail Industrial College, said  the launch of this agreement is an extension of the joint cooperation between Jubail Industrial College and all the major companies in training and professional development. the College is working to meet the training needs by training over 500 trainees from SABIC in technical Specialized fields. .
 
 The College is currently working on the optimum use of the cabalities and advanced laboratories in training and professional development. where it  incorporates  134 labs and 98 courses through the consolidation of joint cooperation between JIC and (SABIC) to qualify the workforce in the field of chemical engineering and industrial processing, mechanical engineering and manufacturing, management, information technology, computer, safety and fire prevention.
 
Through this agreement, the Royal Commission in Jubail is seeking to create jobs in the local market in the petrochemical, oil and gas fields, in addition, to the program entitled  Mo’ahil “A Qualification to Raise the Performance” has been launched to qualify and develop  the Saudi cadres in SABIC affilaites. .
