Jubail International Conference on Environment and Sustainability Announces its Recommendations
The Organizing Committee of the International Conference on Environment and Sustainability organized by the Royal Commission in Jubail at King Abdullah Cultural Center in Jubail Industrial City announced several recommendations recently.
 
These recommendations came as a continuation to apply the concepts of sustainability and environmental protection in the development projects in the Kingdom, benefiting from local and international experiences in the field of environment and sustainability, for example, Saudi Energy Efficiency Center and renewable energy projects.  Intensifying studies to adapt and reduce the effects of climate change. Recycling of waste with maximum utilization of treated water. Moreover, there are a number of successful local experiences which should be utilized and supported in the field of sustainability and environmental protection. The establishment of national study centers that are concerned with applying reuse and recycling, enhancing scientific research, developing new technologies in the environment and sustainability.
 
Raise the level of coordination between legislators and national and Gulf federations that serve sustainability Goals.
 
It is worth mentioning that more than 27 working papers were reviewed at the two-day conference.
