Jubail Industrial College Celebrates the Graduation of 679 students in an Industrial Ceremony

An educational ceremony filled with joy remains as a vivid memory as the sweetest moment in the early education years of the graduates. This celebration marks a transitional point taking graduates into the realm of work. In Jubail Industrial City, Jubail Industrial College has called upon its students who are expected to graduate during this academic year to receive their graduation gowns in preparation of the graduation day to be held on Tuesday, 4-4-1427H (2.5.2006) under the patronage of HRH Prince Mohammed bin Fahd bin Abdul Aziz Al-Saud, Governor of the Eastern Province.
Jubail Industrial City is considered one of the educational edifices that encourages. citizens to take part in the industrial development, the bright face of our country in the industrialized world. The College, since it has virtually begun operating seventeen years ago, graduated 2,233 students to join factories and companies as trained national work force, paving the way for new channels of technical and business training for Saudi youth to replace foreign workforce and to achieve the goals of the Kingdom's development Plans.
The College offers their graduates the intermediate degree of science and bachelor degree of science in some disciplines, noting that English is the approved medium of instruction.
Annual Graduation ceremonies have become a custom. However, our country and the celebrated graduates are the happiest of all. The Country will benefit from the graduates' contribution in the development process, and the graduates will have an unforgotten day in their life. The director of Jubail Industrial College, Dr. Khakifa S. Al-Khalidi expressed his gratitude and appreciation to HRH Governor of the Eastern Province for patronizing the graduation ceremony which reflects the state's interest in students. He praised the support received by the College and staff from HH Prince Saud Bin Abdullah Bin Thunnayan Al-Saud, Chairman of the Royal Commission for Jubail and Yanbu.
Dr. Al-Khalidi also said that the college endeavored through its curricula to promote the true value of development and enhance the students capabilities in education and training.
