The Royal Commission in Jubail recently launched its initiative to support productive families by the participation of 108 productive family at the Nations Heritage Festival this year. It is known that the festival is organized by the Royal Commission in Jubail at King Abdullah Cultural Center in Jubail Industrial City.
The previous versions of the Festival opened up wide horizons for productive families by offering the opportunity for many ideas of small projects where families gained marketing and commercial skills that enabled them to enter the business world and make their dreams true.
Success stories of productive families have emerged through their participation in the Royal Commission in Jubail’s festivals. Marwa Darwish the owner of a photography studio said “My participation in the Nations Heritage Festival in the previous version was not just an experience of photography, but it was very enriching to study the market and to know the consumer. This enabled me to submit a feasibility study to the Industrial Development Center at Jubail Technical Institute of the RCJ and helped me to open my establishment, where I employed and trained four female employees .
She added that after she had participated in the Royal Commission festivals, she participated in (6 )other festivals in the Eastern region and earned good profits.
On the meantime, Asma al-Hamoud, the owner of a wedding ceremony coordination shop mentioned that she participated with productive families at the Nations Heritage Festival in the previous years and the participation was effective through marketing of the shop and gaining great experience in dealing with customers. She added that her participation in the Royal Commission’s festivals resulted in the coordination of wedding ceremonies outside the Eastern region and joined training courses in this field .
The Nations Heritage Festival in Jubail Industrial City continues its activities by presenting Eastern folklore and Ya Hala group for Entertainment shows . This is in addition to the main stands for productive families displays, popular cafe, children's play area, open Studio, Nations exhibition, and sand sculpture.
