The Royal Commission in Jubail Reviews its Experience in the Educational Buildings Investment and Finance Convention
 
 
The Royal Commission in Jubail represented by the Technical Affairs Sector reviews its experience in educational projects management at the educational buildings investment and finance convention which was inaugurated by his H.E. Ahmed Al Essa, Minister of Education at the ministry's headquarters in Riyadhon 10-11 January 2017.
 
The Royal Commission in Jubail’ s worksheet was presented by Eng. Moshary Al Ghanem from the Engineering Department of the Technical Affairs Sectorof the Royal Commission in Jubail. The worksheet included a brief summary of the Royal Commission in Jubail's methodology in management and performance of education projects and current and future schools models. Eng. Al Ghanem addressed the Royal Commission's comprehensive management methodology, the best practices in projects management, basic procedures in projects management operations, projects management program structure, an example for residential neighborhood planning and development methodology in Jubail Industrial City and a slide show showing the actual and expected population growth.
 
In his worksheet, Eng. Al Ghanem  emphasized the Royal Commission in Jubail's mechanism in planning of education projects, its phases such as unified criteria, construction planning and designing stages, monitoring and maintenance works and drawings, pictures and statistics of schools spread over the Royal Commission neighborhoods. The general plan includes development based comprehensive planning in proportion to the population growth and the need to education services appropriate to increase population and growth as per the general plan from 1990 to 2030.
 
It is worth mentioning that the convention was held with a view to strengthening the range of partnership between the public and private sectors in the fields of facilities and education buildings at the presence of the Minister of Trade and Investment Dr. Majed Al Qasabi and the Deputy Minister of Finance Dr. Hamad Al Bazi' with participation of 35 speakers that represent various governmental entities and banking and investment sectors workers.
 
It is worth mentioning that the Royal Commission in Jubail is considered one of the most distinguished entities at education facilities and schools projects performance, as the schools buildings it constructs in Jubail Industrial City are considered from among the model buildings Kingdom-wide in design, quality, control and periodic maintenance.
