German Federal Minister of Economics and Technology visits Royal Commission
H.E. German Federal Minister of Economics and Technology, Mr. Ernst Burgbacher and his accompanying delegation was welcomed Tuesday by H.E. CEO of Royal Commission in Jubail, Dr. Mosleh H. Al-Otaibi and a number of RC officials here.
 
Also included in Minister’s delegation were German Embassy officials in Riyadh and German companies representatives who have seen Jubail Industrial City as huge investment potential and a prospective industrial and manufacturing capital in the region.
 
“We would urge and encourage more German companies and businessmen to visit Jubail Industrial City to look for more investment opportunities available in the city”, Mr. Burgbacher said. He also praised trade and economic ties between the two countries and called for more cooperation between the companies, in order to maximize benefit from each nation’s experience and expertise to further achieve sustainable economic development.
 
The delegation were also toured inside Visitor Center and briefed on the significant role played by the Royal Commission in providing the infrastructures aimed at attracting foreign investors through the provision of various services that made Jubail Industrial City a cornerstone when it comes to petrochemical and manufacturing spot in the Kingdom, and at the conclusion of their visit thanked Royal Commission for the warm welcome and hospitality.
