RC Chairman signed contracts at a cost of more than SR56 million
 

HH Prince Saud bin Abdullah bin Thunayan, Chairman of the Royal Commission for Jubail & Yanbu, signed recently two contracts worth SR 56,918,675  at his office in Jubail Industrial City.

The first contract was signed with Abdullah Abdul Mohsin Al-Khodari Sons Co., which included the implementation of operation and maintenance works for road networks in industrial areas of Ras Al Khair Industrial City. It comprises providing services, materials, equipment and supplies as well as carrying out all related necessary operations. The contract is expected to be completed in a span of 3 years.

The second contract was signed with a joint company consisting of Abdullah bin Saeed Al-Ghamdi Contracting Co. and Al-Nabba International Co. for trading projects which includes rehabilitation of the facilities and building of the Royal Commission of Jubail Industrial City. The building rehabilitation includes painting, plumbing, carpentry, tiles installation, electrical works and fire prevention systems, water leaking prevention, heating and ventilating system, pavement marks, horticulture, afforestation and irrigation. This contract is expected to be completed within two years.
