The Graduation of the Third Batch of Ma'aden Aluminium Trainees in Jubail Industrial College
Jubail Industrial College organized a graduation ceremony for the third batch of the trainees of Ma'aden Aluminium in the "basics of operation" in the presence of the manager of Jubail of Industrial College Dr. Adel Bahakem , and the general manager of Ma’aden Company Engineer Abdulaziz Al Harbi and a number of officials of the Jubail Industrial College at the conference hall , Al-Fanateer, in Jubail Industrial City
 
The number of graduates of the program were (70) graduates, and the duration of the program was (58) weeks, divided into four main stages; the first stage in the field of learning English language for (34) weeks, the second stage focused on the technical side (1) for (6) weeks, the third stage focused on the technical side (2) for (8) weeks, and the fourth stage was for training in the field of specialization for (10) weeks.
 
The manager of Jubail Industrial College, Dr. Adel Bahakem, emphasized in his speech at the ceremony on the role played by Jubail Industrial College, since its establishment as a pillar of education in the Kingdom, and major source of knowledge, and scientific center for the training and qualifying human resources in the fields of technical programs and curricula with high efficiency. The manager of Jubail Industrial College also stated that this is a clear evidence on the keenness of the Royal Commission in Jubail for providing outstanding services with a significant output in the field of education.
 
Bahakem on his behalf and on behalf of all the college staff congratulated the graduates for completing this program successfully. He also advised them to exert more effort, and wished them good luck in their future careers.
 
After that the general manager of Ma'aden Aluminum Co., Engineer Abdulaziz Al-Harbi delivered a speech in which he stated that, the training and development of Saudi cadres is a basic mainstay to implement the company's strategies for growth to become one of the largest mining companies in the world, as the company increased the number of its employees from (900) employees in 2006 to about (4,000) employees currently, 70% of them are Saudis. He also added that: this increase comes through development and training programs established by the company with local colleges and institutes to contribute in the comprehensive and balanced development between regions, and to achieve a decent living for citizens.
 
He also pointed out that the choice of Jubail Industrial College as a strategic partner since 2007 to implement Ma'aden Company programs was based on its distinguished performance for two decades in training and qualifying Saudi youth through industrial training programs for major industrial companies in Jubail Industrial City. He also urged the trainees to exert more efforts to get the highest scores.
 
Trainee Hassan Abdulla delivered a speech on behalf of the graduates in which he praised the program and the training plans in Jubail Industrial College. He said "We have spent 14 months in intensive training to gain the fruits of this program", confirming the great potentials owned by the college that helped them to serve their country properly.
 
In conclusion, the manager of Jubail Industrial College and General Manager of Ma'aden Aluminum Co. distributed the certificates over the graduates and those working in the program.
