At a cost of more than 226 Million Saudi Riyals
 

HH Prince Saud bin Abdullah bin Thunayan Al-Saud, Chairman of the Royal Commission for Jubail and Yanbu recently signed at his office in Jubail Industrial City four (4) contracts agreement at a cost of SR 226,442,830 for significant developments in Jubail Industrial City.

The projects included the development of residential area in the neighborhood district (4,600,000 sq. meters) which has been awarded to Saad Sahimi Hajri and partners with a term of completion of 134 weeks.

The contract for the construction of two schools in Jalmoudah district (primary and kindergarten) won by Saudi Arabian Trading and Construction with a term of completion of 147 weeks.

Project construction of Jalmoudah Park won by Zeid Al-Hussein Foundation for Contracting with an estimated area of 110,000 square meters with a term of completion of 104 weeks.

Contract for renewal of air conditioning systems for public utilities of the Royal Commission building in  Jubail Industrial City has been awarded to Zamil Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Services with project completion of 130 weeks.

It is worth mentioning that contract signing of these development projects genuinely reflect Royal Commission’s earnest concern to provide quality services possible to serve its citizens.
