Professor Stephen Holloway of the University of Liverpool visits Royal Commission
HE Chief Executive Officer of the Royal Commission for Jubail Dr. Mosleh H. Al-Otaibi along with GM of Colleges and Institutes Dr. Ali H. Asiri and a number of Royal Commission officials received recently at the RC premises Professor Stephen Holloway, Executive Pro Vice-Chancellor of the University of Liverpool, United Kingdom.
 
Upon his arrival, Professor Stephen was briefed on the establishment of Royal Commission for Jubail and its underlying goals and responsibilities in the creation and continuous formation of Jubail Industrial City based on strategically crafted development plan catering for industrial, petrochemical and manufacturing industries, in addition to improving the provision of all basic services in the city specifically mentioning various educational institutions in the city such as Jubail Industrial College, Jubail Technical Institute and Jubail University College which top the management’s utmost concern as to develop these young national cadres to engage in the industrial field and help contribute in the industrial development of the Kingdom.
 
While during tour at the RC Visitor Center, Professor Stephen have seen various presentation on the development of Jubail Industrial City, the challenges and obstacles the commission has undergone, the city’s continued success in the field of petrochemical and manufacturing field that has led tremendous booming impact in industrial sector in Saudi Arabia and the investment opportunities available in Jubail.
 
Professor Stephen Holloway also made a field tour in SABIC Training Center, Petrochem, in some Colleges and Institutes Sector and to various Health Services Program while discussing aspects of cooperation between the Liverpool University and Royal Commission study program.
