His Highness Prince Saud bin Abdullah bin Thunayan Al Saud, Chairman of the Royal Commission for Jubail attended last Saturday the honoring ceremony for volunteers and participants in the recently concluded activities of the Jubail Club Volunteers.
During the ceremony, the Club presented the idea of creating the volunteer club and explained the concept of volunteerism and the significant role each one should play in the service of their respective communities. Later, they presented a documentary film which highlighted some of their activities for the past year 2011.
HH Prince Saud in return expressed his admiration as to what he witnessed on the presentation. He was delighted to see a number of volunteers doing humanitarian and charitable activities in the service of their communities.
“Today I encourage parents, grandparents and children out there to get our acts together and let us all be moving to God’s path, as we all find our religion urging us to philanthropy and volunteerism”, HH Prince Saud said.
He also expressed his appreciation to the club as he promised them continuous support of the Royal Commission for continuously providing humanitarian works in the service of their people and nation.
