Royal Commission in Jubail, represented by Social Services management held its 1st meeting with Jubail Volunteer Club Executive Board on Tuesday, 22 May 2012 with the presence of the club’s candidates for the Council leadership.
The meeting discussed a number of regulations especially with regard to the selection of the President and Vice President which is on voluntary basis inclusive of the functions in volunteer management, training and development, information technology, programs and projects, media and public relations. The choice has been left to the President to appoint other members to support and assist him in his functions.
The Executive Board also reviewed important tasks expected to be completed during the year 2012, for instance the first phase of the regulatory framework for Jubail Volunteer Club, permanent projects and membership system, and the Charter of Volunteerism and the Charter of Partnership.
The meeting is a continuous course of action organized by the Department of Social Services to reach progress and development in the course of voluntary deeds in accordance with plans and programs.
