Royal Commission and Saudi Arabian Mining Company (Ma’aden) signed MoU
Royal Commission for Jubail under the auspices of HH  Prince Saud bin Abdullah bin Thunayan Al- Saud, Chairman of the Royal Commission for Jubail and Yanbu and Saudi Mining Company (Ma’aden) signed on Tuesday a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) for children’s rehabilitation in the northern border area to enhance and intensify their educational attainment and skills augmentation to help contribute in the construction and operation to support King Abdullah’s outline for the development of Promised City of the North.
 
Under the memorandum, graduates of public secondary school in the northern border area shall be enrolled in Ma’aden training program for the duration of one (1) academic year where particular program can accommodate 300 student seats per year and will be completed after acceptance tests in accordance with standards set by Royal Commission while students are also being prepared to better qualifies them for job opportunities available in the region.
 
Royal Commission has high hopes that this initiative of children rehabilitation will facilitate educational development to promote working expertise in the management and operation of the mining industry project of HRH King Abdullah in northern Saudi Arabia, where it is considered one of the Kingdom’s biggest achievements in terms of creating a number of job opportunities and sustainable north regional development.
