Royal Commission honors Rescuers
Royal Commission for Jubail under the auspices of GM of General Services, Prof. Abdulaziz Al-Musnead, honored a number of Navy rescuers and marine lifeguards in a ceremony held recently for their valuable efforts and contribution in saving lives in times people need it most.
“With numerous case reports of dangers at sea, accidental drowning, weather emergencies among others, we would like to commend and recognize our unsung heroes for their dedication and continuous efforts to be vigilant, brave and prepared in times of emergency situations”, GM Al-Musnead said.
Jubail border guards, Rescue Unit Commander Abdulrahman bin Abdullah Al-Hammad, officers and members of Search and Rescue Team were among those who have been awarded with certificates and recognition. Special citation was also given to Pearl Diver institution for supporting marine rescuers by giving free lifeguard training/ workshop which they are providing for the past four (4) years.
At the conclusion of the ceremony, Gaza border guards in Jubail also paid recognition to the management of Royal Commission for Jubail and to all marine rescuers.
