Royal Commission organizes Youth Festival
Royal Commission for Jubail represented by Social Services Department recently organized a two-day entertainment festival packed with programs and activities dedicated for youth in Al-Bahar Bachelor’s Park. The carnival-like atmosphere  featured Folk art presentation, live band, open beaches for bachelors, car showcase, various competitions and fireworks display among others as the concluding event.
Social Services Department Director, Mohammad Al-Oraini  expressed that Royal Commission is always keen to create and provide the right atmosphere for the youth to reach their goals in life and help shape up their future.  “The youth is doubling time to practice their hobbies during their leisure time to showcase their talents and skills as they deemed ready to participate in various social, cultural and sports events”, said Mohammad Al-Oraini.
 
The recently opened Bachelor’s Park Al-Bahar is located adjacent Intercontinental Hotel with an estimated area of ​​150,000 square meters with long sandy beach of 1000 meters. It contains a green space park situated in an estimated 30,000 square meters, and a sandy beach area of 20,000 square meters, and an artificial planted golf park and beach courts and designated areas for restaurants and cafes which can accommodate 670 car park. Wireless internet and TV screens at the park are also being provided to make the site more conducive for the youth.
