German Trade Delegation Visits Jubail Industrial City
  

Trade Delegation from the German Engineering Federation represented by  20 German companies visited on Sunday, January 23 the Royal Commission in Jubail where they were received by Engineer Abdul Aziz Noorudeen Atarji, Manager of Strategic Planning and Investment Development and a number of officials here.

During the visit, Engr. Atarji briefed the delegation on the outstanding achievements of the city in the field of petrochemicals through the leadership of King Abdullah, Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques. A number of industrial complexes, huge industrial plants and infrastructures which have played role to attracting numerous investors has put Jubail Industrial City a cornerstone in manufacturing industry which led to the establishment of many international companies resided in the city. He also led the delegation to the Visitor Center exhibit where the guests took a glimpse of some pictures and model projects that have been implemented which further highlighted greatest achievements of Jubail Industrial City. The delegation then toured some   basic, secondary and support industries and concluded with a tour in residential area.

The German delegation conveyed their appreciation of the Royal Commission’s warm welcome and expressed their admiration to learn about the Kingdom’s petrochemical booming and later on discussed ways of joint cooperation among the parties concerned.
