HE Chief Executive Officer of the Royal Commission in Jubail, Dr. Mosleh bin Hamid Al-Otaibi, received Saturday morning HE Mr. Jorge Bode, Minister of Economy, Labor and Transport of the State of Lower Saxony, Federal Republic of Germany and his accompanying delegation. The meeting was also attended by HE Chief Executive Officer of the Royal Commission in Yanbu Dr. Aqeeli Khawaji and a number of officials of the Royal Commission in Jubail.
The visiting delegation were briefed on the mission and vision of the Royal Commission and its underlying responsibilities, pointing out its topmost priority which is to attract investments to the city and provide support and needed facilities for investors which the Royal Commission considers their partners to success.
Dr. Otaibi also stressed the Royal Commission’s role on the continuing education and training as planned through the support of Jubail Industrial College and Technical Institute to further equip and qualify Saudi youth to engage in various industries in Jubail Industrial City.
After witnessing a short presentation on Jubail’s evolution at the Visitor Center exhibit, the delegation was toured to the areas of basic, secondary and support industries in Jubail Industrial City and then visited SABIC company and Jubail 2.
At the conclusion of the visit, Mr. Jorge Bode and his accompanying delegation thanked Royal Commission officials on the warm welcome and expressed their admiration to view enormous projects happening in Jubail which reflects its economic strength in particular and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in general.
