GENERAL GRADING SERVICES FOR INDUSTRIAL AREA

Short Description
The Royal Commission intends to procure and construct Site Grading at various Royal Commission-designated industrial sites located within Jazan City for Primary and Downstream Industries (JCPDI) . The work of this contract includes the provision of supervision, labor, materials and equipment necessary for the procurement and construction of general grading works in the industrial area. All works will be released by Delivery Order to the Contractor. When each Delivery Order is assigned, the specific site for site grading will be identified on the order by the Royal Commission . Various civil works may also be required such as and not limited to, excavation and backfilling, etc. The Contract work shall also include construction of all associated ditches or swales . Period of performance is 1,095 days.

Minimum Requirements
Bidder must possess the following:

1)  Classification Certificate in the field of “ROADS” issued by the Contractor Classification Agency.

2)  Zakat Certificate.

3)  Commercial Registration Certificate.

4)  Chamber of Commerce Membership Certificate.

5)  General Organization for Social Insurance Certificate.

6)  A Certificate from the Saudi Labor Office confirming that the bidder firm is in compliance

     with the required percentage of Saudization.

7) A Certificate from the Saudi Labor Office confirming that the bidder firm has satisfied          requirements of the program of “NITAQAT”.

8)A Certificate from the Saudi Contractors Authority.

Bidders who meet the afore mentioned requirements and wish to purchase the RFP documents may access to Supply Management Dept. website via the link provided below to complete registration process, purchase RFP documents and obtain a soft copy of the same. The price of RFP documents is SR (14,000)

 
Important Conditions
1-        RFP documents are non-transferrable and firms/Establishment which does not purchase the RFP documents are not eligible to submit proposals.

2-       The bidder shall submit copies of the certification required, and attach them to the proposal at bid opening session.

3-       If the bidder faces any difficulty in downloading the RFP documents, he shall immediately send an enquiry via the website “Customer Voice” link.​
