SCHOOL BUS TRANSPORTATION SERVICES ( FOLLOW-ON NO. 1)

Short Description
This Three (3) year Contract will provide to bus services for the transportation of school students at Madinat Yanbu Al-Sinaiyah (MYAS). The Contract  Supplements Royal Commission provided buses for school student transportation. The Contractor shall provide a Thirty (30) buses , 30 – Passenger and Sixty (60) buses , 55/60 – Passenger air-conditioned buses with drivers. The Contractor shall provide all gas, oil lubricants and maintennance required .

Minimum Requirements

Bidder must possess the following :

 

1)        Experience in   Student or Pilgrim Transportation for at Least Five (5) years  

2)       Zakat Certificate.

3)       Commercial Registration Certificate.

4)       Chamber of Commerce Membership Certificate.

5)       General Organization for Social Insurance Certificate.

6)       A Certificate from the Saudi Labor Office confirming that the bidder firm is in compliance with the required percentage of Saudization.

7)       A Certificate from the Saudi Labor Office confirming that the bidder firm has satisfied requirements of the program of “NITAQAT”.

8)       A Certificate of the Bidder’s Membership in the Saudi Contractors Authority.

Bidders who meet the afore mentioned requirements and wish to purchase the RFP documents may access to Supply Management Dept. website via the link provided below to complete registration process, purchase RFP documents  and obtain a soft copy of the  same. The price of RFP documents is SR (3,250).

 
Important Conditions

1-        RFP documents are non-transferrable and Firms/Establishments which have not purchased the RFP documents are not eligible to submit a proposal.

2-       The bidder shall submit copies of the required certifications, and attach them to the proposal at the bid opening session.

3-       If the bidder faces any difficulty in downloading the RFP documents, he shall immediately send an enquiry via the website “Customer Voice” link.
