Work System
The Ministry of Labor is responsible for issuing the labor system, which is derived from the international labor system. The labor system deals with the regulation of most rights relating to the worker / employer such as hours of work, termination of employment, health care and repatriation of foreign workers.
The labor system protects workers' rights in general and eliminates all the alternatives that are agreed upon unless they are in the interest of the worker.
The Ministry of Labor issues a model work contract in Arabic that is widely used at the same time as contracts in other formats but not in conflict with the labor system
The end of service bonus is calculated on the basis of a salary of (15) days for each service year during the first five years, and on the basis of a salary (30) days for each subsequent year.​
