The Royal Commission for Jubail and Yanbu (RCJY) was established on September 21, 1975, as an independent organization from the Government of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The authority is managed by a board of directors and its chairman is subordinate to the Council of Ministers. The Chairman's Office in Riyadh formulates policies and oversees implementation through two general directorates; One in Jubail and the other in Yanbu
